ABOUT

Hi there! That’s me above, clinging on to my last strands of hair and trying to look as stylish as the people I get to work with. Want to know more? Read on…

Who am I?

Im an art director based in Surrey with over 20 years of industry experience. I’m comfortable working with London-based global advertising agencies, small scale businesses on the south coast and fellow freelancers alike. Born into a family of creatives I left school at 16 to attend Northbrook College to study graphic design and then moved onto Surrey Institute of Art and Design in Farnham to study visual communication before being offered my first job in London aged 19.

Experience

Early on in my career I was lucky to work with some exceptional designers who taught me about the precision and care needed in researching, creating and producing beautiful design jobs that worked for the client. An eye for detail combined with original creative ideas are just two skills that run in parallel whether working on big brands or smaller one-off projects.

My passion for typography, photography and magazines has really grown over the years and I’m still a sucker for interesting design and photography in publications.

How I work

I work to the same standards as any *good* design agency. I’ll work with you to develop your brief, report back within an agreed time frame with potential ideas, tailor the design and make amends until sign off.
